We are partnered with a growing, service-based consumer brand seeking a Talent & Community Engagement Recruiter to support hiring efforts across the Denver market. This is a highly visible, community-focused recruiting role responsible for building strong pipelines of candidates while increasing brand presence.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and enjoys being active in the market through networking, social outreach, school partnerships, and local events. The role requires a proactive recruiter who can attract high-performing, commission-driven professionals and help drive long-term hiring success.Key Responsibilities:Build and maintain strong pipelines of candidates across the Denver marketConduct proactive sourcing, recruiting, and outreach through social platforms, networking, schools, and community eventsStrengthen employer brand visibility and credibility within the local Barber and Stylist communityPartner with leadership to fill open positions quickly with high-quality talentTrack recruiting activity, hiring trends, and market intelligence to support ongoing hiring strategyQualifications:5+ years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting commission-based or customer-facing professionals preferredStrong relationship-building and networking skillsComfortable working independently in a high-accountability environmentExperience with social recruiting and grassroots/community engagement initiativesCompensation & Benefits:Base salary around $58,000On-target earnings of $115,000+ with uncapped bonus potentialAdditional hire-on incentives availableFull benefits and paid time off offered
