Medical Monitor

Our mission is to advance innovative oncology programs that address unmet medical needs and improve patient outcomes.Position Summary:We are seeking a bilingual Medical Monitor to lead clinical strategy and execution for our Phase 1 solid tumor oncology program. This individual will partner closely with cross-functional teams to design and oversee early-stage clinical trials, contribute to regulatory interactions, and support translational medicine efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong oncology clinical development background and experience in first-in-human studies.Candidate must be bilingual in Mandarin and English (spoken and written proficiency required)Study start up will be in both the US and ChinaKey Responsibilities:Provide medical leadership for the Phase 1 solid tumor oncology program, including protocol development, trial design, and clinical strategy.Collaborate with translational medicine, biomarker, and clinical operations teams to ensure seamless study execution.Serve as the medical expert for regulatory interactions, including IND submissions and discussions with global health authorities.Review and interpret clinical data to inform program decisions, dose escalation, and safety management.Support investigator engagement and act as a clinical liaison with study sites.Contribute to the publication strategy and presentation of data at scientific conferences.Qualifications:MD degree5–10+ years of clinical development experience in oncology, with direct involvement in Phase 1 studies.Demonstrated experience in early-stage trial design, dose escalation strategies, and safety management.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for IND submissions and clinical trial conduct.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with solid tumor immuno-oncology programs.Prior involvement in cross-functional biotech or pharmaceutical teams.Track record of scientific publications and presentations.What We Offer:Opportunity to shape early-stage oncology programs in a fast-growing biotech.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.
