We are currently looking for a reliable mechanic with experience to work at a great trucking company.The ideal mechanic must be able to pass a physical and drug test and own hand tools to perform job function.Pay is based on experience and work history. Responsibilities of Diesel Mechanic:Must have own toolsPerform minor and major repairs on trucks, trailers and class 8 equipmentConduct regular preventative maintenance on service trucks, including inspection and oil changes.Maintain parts inventory and cleanliness in the shopCollaborate with repair team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairsPerform regular diagnostic tests on trucksMaintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles
