EUC Engineer | AI Tooling & Endpoint Engineering | Contract | New York Conquer AI is hiring Senior EUC Engineers. We’re looking for technically grounded endpoint engineers who are excited about AI and want to sit at the intersection of End User Computing and emerging AI technologies. This role is embedded within our EUC function, owning packaging, deployment, endpoint engineering, and device management across both Mac and Windows environments. Alongside that, you’ll become the go-to engineer for AI tooling at the desktop layer — helping deploy, troubleshoot, govern, and support the growing ecosystem of enterprise AI applications used across the business. This is not a traditional support role, and it’s not just ticket-driven endpoint management. It’s hands-on, operational, and delivery-focused. You’ll work across engineering, AI enablement, automation, and enterprise infrastructure to ensure AI tools are deployed properly and perform reliably inside real enterprise environments. You’ll be close to the endpoints, close to the tooling, and close to the rollout strategy. What you’ll do:
- Own application packaging, testing, and deployment across Mac and Windows environments
- Deploy and support AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and related platforms
- Manage endpoint environments using SCCM, Intune, Jamf Pro, Endpoint Manager, and Autopilot
- Build automation workflows for provisioning, configuration, and deployment processes
- Monitor endpoint performance and compatibility across AI tooling deployments
- Act as the Tier 3 escalation point for AI-related endpoint issues
- Partner with delivery, infrastructure, and security teams on enterprise AI rollouts
- Maintain deployment standards, documentation, runbooks, and endpoint governance processes
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and advise on deployment, compatibility, and operational readiness
- We're looking for Strong End User Computing or Desktop Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience across Windows and macOS endpoint management
- Deep expertise in packaging and deployment tooling including SCCM, Intune, Jamf, and related platforms
- Strong scripting and automation capability using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
- Experience troubleshooting complex endpoint and application issues
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, and modern device management
- Interest in AI tooling and how AI is changing enterprise computing environments
- Ability to operate independently in fast-moving environments
- Clear communication and stakeholder-facing confidence
- A strong sense of ownership and operational accountability
