LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

Responsibilities: - Perform routine nursing tasks under the supervision of physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners - Administer medications and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities - Assist with patient assessments and document relevant information in medical records - Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff - Adhere to infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations - Coordinate and supervise all services of nursing and ancillary staff - Plan, organize, and prioritize your work as well as direct the work of others - Maintain supplies, place orders, and work with suppliers to support the needs of the clinic Skills: - Case management experience to coordinate patient care across multiple providers and settings - Knowledge of primary care principles - Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, such as eClinicalWorks - Basic life support (BLS) certification to respond to medical emergencies - Ability to provide family planning counseling and education - Physical strength and ability to lift heavy objects or assist with patients - Exceptional communication and leadership skills are required If you are a dedicated LPN with a passion for providing exceptional patient care, we invite you to apply for this rewarding position.
