ETL Developer

Position Title: Junior ETL EngineerStart Date: May 2026Duration: Contract (will be ongoing with high likelihood to convert but telling candidates 3-6 months initial)Location: Austin, TX 78702Working Hours: 9am-6pm M-F (4 days onsite; 1 remote) – 40 hrs per weekHiring Process:Two Interviews45 min video60 min with onsiteScope/JD:- Refactoring existing pipelines, cleaning up inconsistent / raw data, redesigning data models- Experience 3 or more years of professional experience within Data Engineering/ ETL; Bachelor’s degree in related field- Required technical skills: Matillion ETL, Snowflake, Tableau, AWS- Will build and maintain end-to-end pipelines using Matillion to extract data (databases), transform data (clean, join, aggregate), and load into snowflake- Will be responsible for building data models that Tableau can use to provide clean/performant reports (not a BI dev)- Comfortable working with raw data and imperfect schemas- Exposure to cloud migrations
