Apply via Dice today!Genesis10 is currently seeking a Workday Analyst - Hybrid for a direct hire opportunity with a National Construction Firm located in Bloomington, MN. This role requires 100% onsite work for the first 2-3 months of onboarding, followed by a hybrid model of 3 days onsite per week.Pay range: $87,000 - $119,000 per year, plus a 10% target bonusWe are hiring for a Workday Analyst (HCM) responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. This individual will analyze business requirements, design solutions within Workday modules, perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user training and support. The role also involves collaborating with the HR team to optimize Workday processes, ensure data integrity, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Responsibilities:Serve as the primary Workday subject matter expert, providing day to day functional and technical support across all HR modulesTroubleshoot issues, resolve system errors, analyze process flaws, and manage routine operational activities to ensure smooth system performanceMaintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data within WorkdayPrepare for and support semi-annual Workday releases, including impact analysis, regression testing, and implementation of required updatesLead testing and deployment of new Workday functionality, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruptionDocument system changes, configuration decisions, and process updatesDevelop and maintain end user documentation, job aids, and training materialsProvide functional and technical support to HR and business users, including answering questions and resolving incidents of significanceSupport change management efforts by educating users on new features, processes, and best practicesPartner with key stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain Workday configurations, business processes, and automated workflowsIdentify opportunities for enterprise-wide process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring alignment with business needsConfigure, update, and enhance Workday business processes to support evolving HR and organizational requirementsManage, maintain, and develop Workday integrations with company vendors and internal systemsMonitor integration performance, troubleshoot failures, and coordinate with technical teams or vendors as neededStay current with Workday roadmaps, new features, and HR technology trends through Workday Community, user groups, and professional networksCreate and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data extractsProvide data summaries, insights, and statistical analysis to support strategic planning and decision-makingPerform data updates, mass uploads, and routine audits to ensure data quality and complianceRequirements:Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience in one or more modules: HCM, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Absence, Compensation, or BenefitsStrong understanding of Workday architecture, security model, and business process frameworkExperience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and facilitating discussions with business stakeholdersFoundational knowledge of HR processes, data, and annual business cyclesExperience collaborating as part of an HR team to develop best practices and drive process improvementsStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insightsExperience leading or supporting system enhancements, upgrades, and cross-functional projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiencesWorking knowledge of HR functions and processesExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesIf you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply!About Genesis10:Ranked a Top Staffing Firm in the U.S. by Staffing Industry Analysts for six consecutive years, Genesis10 puts thousands of consultants and employees to work across the United States every year in contract, contract-for-hire, and permanent placement roles.
