In this role, you will play a key part in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, fostering customer relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our Specialty Chemicals team across the Northeast region.General ResponsibilitiesSales and budget responsibility for assigned territoriesResponsible for growing sales across the Northeast region through prospecting and developing new potential accounts, with a focus on business development and expansionRecord and maintain accurate customer data and sales records within CRM systems to support reporting, forecasting, projects, and performance trackingManage all commercial interactions with customers, including forecasts, sales planning, individual purchases, supply contracts and price negotiationsVisit customers on a regular basis to build, maintain and manage relationshipsPotential responsibility for product management of one or more assigned supplier lines, based on qualifications and business needsConduct competitor mapping, market surveys, and innovation scouting.
