Programmers.io is currently looking for a Project ManagerOnsite role in Austin, Texas, United StatesFULL Time Role (PERMANENT)Overview: The A/B Testing Technical Project Manager leads the execution and evolution of a large‑scale digital optimization program—driving A/B testing, workflow automation, and cross‑functional collaboration across web, email, and digital marketing platforms. This senior‑level role combines program management discipline with technical expertise in experimentation, data integration, and analytics to ensure high‑quality, privacy‑compliant optimization at scale.Key Responsibilities:Manage end‑to‑end A/B testing operations, including intake, prioritization, scheduling, and stakeholder communication for multiple concurrent experiments.Translate business hypotheses into detailed technical test specifications and ensure flawless execution across digital channels.Coordinate cross‑functional teams (creative, development, data science, analytics) to deliver statistically valid experiments and actionable insights.Partner with engineering and analytics teams to validate tracking, data integrity, and statistical significance.Support development and rollout of experimentation platforms and automation tools, including dashboards and AI‑powered analysis features.Consolidate documentation and training materials to build organizational fluency in optimization methodologies.Champion privacy‑by‑design principles and compliance with data protection standards.Provide regular program updates, dashboards, and insights to leadership and stakeholders.Required Qualifications:7+ years of experience in technical project or program management within digital experimentation or optimization.Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale A/B testing programs using platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or similar.Strong understanding of A/B/n, multivariate testing (MVT), and dynamic optimization (multi‑armed bandits).Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and tagging frameworks (Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager).Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.If you are interested, please apply or feel free to share your updated resume at anas.khan@programmers.io
