Remodeling Technician / Lead Remodel Carpenter Position Overview TruBlue Home Service Ally is seeking a skilled Remodeling Technician / Lead Remodel Carpenter to join our growing team. This position is heavily focused on residential remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, basement finishing, carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, trim, painting, and aging-in-place modifications.We are looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, communicates professionally with homeowners, and can work independently while helping maintain high-quality standards across every project.This is not a punch-list handyman position. We are looking for someone experienced in remodeling work who can help execute projects efficiently and professionally.Responsibilities Perform residential remodeling and renovation workBathroom remodels including tile, vanities, fixtures, and shower systemsKitchen updates including cabinetry, trim, backsplashes, and flooringCarpentry including framing, trim, doors, baseboards, and crown moldingDrywall hanging, patching, finishing, and texture matchingFlooring installation including LVP, laminate, and tileInterior painting and finish workAssist with plumbing and electrical modifications as neededRead scopes of work and execute projects according to planCommunicate professionally with homeowners and office staffMaintain a clean and organized jobsiteIdentify potential issues before they become problemsWork independently or alongside other techniciansOccasionally assist with home maintenance and repair servicesQualifications 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience preferredStrong knowledge of remodeling processes and sequencingExperience with tile installation and finish carpentry strongly preferredAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems in the fieldProfessional appearance and communication skillsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift 50+ pounds and work in various environmentsMust have own basic toolsExperience working directly with homeowners is a plusPreferred Skills Bathroom and shower remodel experienceTrim carpentry and custom finish workLight plumbing and electricalPainting and drywall finishingAging-in-place / accessibility modificationsAbility to lead smaller projects independentlyExperience using mobile apps and job management software such as Housecall ProWhat We Offer Competitive pay based on experienceConsistent year-round workOpportunity for advancementFlexible and supportive work environmentVariety of remodeling projectsProfessional team cultureCompany-branded apparelMileage reimbursement or company vehicle opportunities based on roleIdeal Candidate The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.
