Technical Lead For AI Agent Development And AutomationJoin the Compliance & Privacy team as a technical lead focused on AI agent development and automation. You'll help design, build, and deploy intelligent tools that support compliance workflows and enhance employee experience.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain AI-powered tools using Microsoft AI platforms (e.g., Azure OpenAI, AI Studio, AI Search, or Azure AI Foundry)Support model tuning and prompt optimization for internal use casesBuild automation workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, or other low-code toolsDesign and test user-facing chat interfaces and AI experiencesIntegrate structured and unstructured internal data sources to enable intelligent responsesCollaborate with compliance and product teams to translate ideas into scalable solutionsIdeal Qualifications:Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt design, and OpenAI APIsStrong Python skills and/or experience with low-code/no-code automation platformsFamiliarity with Azure cloud services and AI integration toolsProven experience building bots, workflow tools, or internal productivity solutions
