Master Scheduler (Manufacturing) – Onsite | 4-Day Work WeekSeeking a highly driven Master Scheduler to take full ownership of production scheduling in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a critical role responsible for coordinating all production activity, optimizing workflow, and ensuring on-time delivery across a high-mix operation.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy, constantly changing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges with minimal oversight.What You’ll DoOwn and manage the master production schedule across all departmentsDevelop daily and weekly schedules, including detailed “plan of the day” executionPrioritize jobs based on due dates, material availability, and shop capacityMonitor production progress and adjust schedules in real time to address delays and bottlenecksPartner with purchasing, production, engineering, and sales to ensure alignment and feasibilityTrack backlog, overdue orders, and capacity to maintain on-time deliveryAnticipate risks and proactively resolve issues impacting production flowMaintain accurate data within the ERP system and serve as the go-to resource for scheduling visibilityDrive continuous improvement in scheduling processes and production flowWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operationsStrong proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision makingExperience working within an ERP system (any platform)Ability to manage multiple moving pieces simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentHighly proactive, self-directed, and comfortable operating with minimal structureStrong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across departmentsWork Environment & ScheduleOnsite role (Little Falls, MN area)4-day work week: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PMOvertime available (Fridays/Saturdays optional)
