Licensed Child, Adult and Family Therapist
Konick and Associates is seeking skilled Child and Family Therapists to provide evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and families within our collaborative group practice. Clinicians work with a range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, autism, ADHD, depression, OCD, behavioral challenges, adjustment and life transitions, social difficulties, and school-related concerns.Therapists provide individual and family therapy grounded in empirically supported treatments and behavioral parent coaching. This role includes opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to a high-quality, developmentally informed standard of care.Qualifications:Fully Licensed PhD/PsyD, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW, or associate-level licensure (LPC, LSW, ALMFT) eligible for Illinois practice and insurance credentialingMaster’s or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, family therapy, or clinical psychology from an accredited educational programTraining and experience in empirically supported therapy approaches (behavioral theory, CBT, ACT, DBT, attachment, family systems)Strong clinical skills working with individuals and couples/familiesExperience with neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ individuals and families is highly valuedOur StructureFull-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 25 billed sessions per week (30 scheduled openings), with protected time away from work and no on-call expectations. New clinicians are gradually ramped to a full caseload, with approximately 15–20 clients assigned within the first 90 days to support sustainable growth. Dedicated administrative time is built into schedules during onboarding to prevent documentation burden.
