Conformal Coating Operator/Programming

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Conformal Coating Operator & Programmer to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective conformal coatings to electronic circuit boards and components, ensuring durability and performance in various environmental conditions. You will operate, program, and maintain coating equipment, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and precision skills to deliver high-quality results. Duties Set up, operate, and troubleshoot conformal coating equipment, including automated spray systems and manual application tools Program coating machines to meet specific product specifications and production schedules Inspect finished products for coating quality, coverage, and adherence using precision measuring instruments Maintain detailed documentation of coating processes, machine settings, and quality checks Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize coating procedures and improve efficiency Handle materials safely using appropriate materials handling techniques, including forklift operation when necessary Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing or industrial settings Proficiency in operating power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and airless paint spraying systems Familiarity with machining, fabrication, auto body repair, auto painting, and industrial painting techniques Ability to use precision measuring instruments for quality assurance purposes Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts and cranes Basic math skills for calculating measurements, material quantities, and process adjustments Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles to enhance workflow efficiency Warehouse experience for inventory management and material logistics Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and auto painting techniques Ability to perform construction painting tasks when required Join our team as a Conformal Coating Operator/Programmer and contribute your expertise to produce reliable electronic products while advancing your career in a vibrant manufacturing environment.
