Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Warehouse Manager located in Louisville, KY. The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations related to stock and inventory control, managing warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient material handling. Additional duties include monitoring inventory levels, maintaining the organization of the warehouse, operating forklifts, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role involves coordinating logistics to meet organizational productivity targets. This position requires a highly hands-on approach, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and extreme attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all warehouse operations.QualificationsExperience in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory ManagementProficiency in Operations Management, including managing workflows and optimizing warehouse processesLicensed and skilled in Forklift OperationStrong leadership and team management abilities to oversee warehouse staff effectivelyExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work hands-on in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detailWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory software is a plusPrevious experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus
