Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team as a . This role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality food service within our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, with experience in dietary departments and fine dining settings. You will be responsible for menu planning, meal preparation, and maintaining food safety standards while providing exceptional service to our guests. Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines. Assist in menu planning to create diverse and appealing options for guests. Ensure all food handling and preparation meets safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an efficient workflow during service hours. Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Provide exceptional service while catering events or dining experiences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Utilize knife skills effectively for meal preparation and presentation. Skills Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is preferred. Strong background in menu planning, food preparation, and cooking techniques. Familiarity with food service operations, including catering and restaurant environments. Excellent food handling practices and knowledge of food safety regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions. Culinary experience with an emphasis on fine dining is a plus.
