Job Description Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our team for commercial, industrial, and renovation projects in the Spartanburg area.This role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems on new construction and renovation projects. You'll be working from blueprints and schematics to ensure safe, code-compliant installations while supporting long-term builds in the region.We are actively building a strong team for upcoming Spartanburg projects, with immediate placement opportunities available on active nearby work while new projects ramp up.ScheduleMonday–Friday7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour days)Pay$26–$30/hr (based on experience)Overtime availableResponsibilitiesInstall, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipmentRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagramsPerform conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminationsWork with low and high voltage systems in compliance with NEC standardsDiagnose electrical issues using testing equipment (ohmmeters, multimeters, etc.)Install panels, lighting, devices, and related electrical componentsSupport new construction and renovation projects from rough-in to finishCoordinate with other trades to ensure proper system integrationMaintain accurate documentation of work performed and materials usedFollow strict safety protocols on all job sitesExperience & RequirementsProven experience as a commercial or industrial electricianStrong ability to read and work from blueprints and schematicsExperience with conduit bending and electrical installationsFamiliarity with NEC electrical codesSkilled with hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable transportation and consistent attendanceWhat We OfferImmediate placement on active projectsLong-term pipeline of work in the Spartanburg areaOpportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial buildsConsistent full-time schedule with overtime potentialChance to become part of a core traveling/local project teamApply TodayWe are building our team now so electricians are in place ahead of upcoming Spartanburg projects.
