It addresses waste management and sustainability challenges through comprehensive services supported by innovative recycling, organics, landfill, and renewable energy infrastructure.The organization operates a large-scale disposal network and collection fleet, including a significant natural gas truck fleet, and is a leader in landfill gas beneficial use and renewable natural gas production.About the OpportunityThe Logistics Workforce Manager supports the daily operations of Enterprise Logistics Centers by ensuring appropriate staffing levels, accurate operational tools, and consistent service delivery.This role manages workforce processes, scheduling, skills management, system administration, and incident response while analyzing operational data to identify opportunities for improvement. The position plays an important role in maximizing workforce efficiency, maintaining service continuity, and improving logistics center performance.Responsibilities• Support daily operations across Enterprise Logistics Centers• Ensure appropriate staff availability and operational tool accuracy to meet service standards• Manage and adjust agent schedules, including training and coaching activities• Oversee skill management and real-time movement of dispatchers and routers• Administer logistics center applications and manage system access• Lead audits to ensure accurate skilling, organizational hierarchy, and agent assignments• Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues• Analyze workforce and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential solutions• Document business requirements and develop processes designed to improve productivity and efficiency• Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot technology and system solutions• Manage production incidents and coordinate timely resolutions to minimize operational downtime• Monitor workforce performance and recommend adjustments to support service requirementsRequirements• Bachelor’s degree in Customer Service, Call Center Management, Workforce Management, or a related field; alternatively, a High School Diploma or GED with four years of relevant experience• Minimum of 5 years of direct Workforce Management and call center experience• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills• Experience with workforce scheduling, staffing analysis, and operational systems• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams• Ability to work in both office and plant or field environments using standard office equipmentPay Range and Compensation Package• Expected U.S. base pay range of $106,370 to $138,160 annually• Actual compensation will depend on experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work locationBenefits & Perks• Medical insurance• Dental insurance• Vision insurance• 401(k) plan with company matching• Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days• Stock purchase plan• Life insurance• Short-term disability insuranceEqual Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
