Join Our Team as a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist Job Description: - Position: RRT PICU - Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:30 - 19:00) - Scheduling: Block Schedules - Weekend Coverage: Every Other Weekend - Orientation Hours: 24 Key Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional respiratory care to pediatric patients in a critical care setting. - Administer oxygen therapy and assist with airway management devices. - Perform intubation assistance, extubation, and tracheostomy care/management. - Manage ventilators, including BiPAP and CPAP. - Handle nebulizer treatments and sputum specimen collections. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary support in pediatric critical care and NICU. Preferred Skills and Certifications: - BLS, PALS, NRP (preferred) - Work experience in Pediatric Critical Care and NICU (preferred) - Trauma Level II experience required, Trauma Level I preferred.
