This Litigation Attorney role focuses on handling personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial, including motor vehicle accident cases and other complex claims.This is not a passive litigation role. Attorneys are expected to independently manage a full caseload, interact directly with clients, and take ownership of cases through trial. If someone lacks trial readiness or the ability to handle volume, this role will break them quickly.
