Job Summary The Operations Manager leads business operations to ensure client expectations and company goals are consistently met or exceeded. This role is responsible for managing teams, optimizing resources, and driving performance across all areas of the business. Success in this position is defined by strong operational execution, team effectiveness, and achievement of strategic and financial objectives. Location We offer a flexible work environment designed to support both collaboration and individual success. Candidates who are local to our office in Vadnais Heights, MN, will be encouraged to work onsite approximately once per week. For those outside of the area, this position can be performed fully remotely. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Team Development Contribute to account strategy and prepare teams, processes, and resources for growth Partner cross-functionally to align client and operational priorities Client Success Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Monitor portfolio performance, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions Resolve client concerns and identify opportunities to enhance value and results Operations Management Lead daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and profitability Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Optimize workflows, processes, and resource allocation Manage budgets, forecasts, and operational plans Partner with internal and technical teams to deliver effective solutions Leadership & People Management Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable to performance standards Provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and support development Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections management or a related leadership role Willingness and ability to travel 25–35% Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively across diverse teams Demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment Ability to navigate sensitive situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and sound judgment Commitment to following established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Alignment with IC System’s Core Values and ability to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture Compensation $65,000-$75,000 based on experience IC System is an Equal Opportunity Employer and promotes a drug-free work environment.
