Applicants for the CIMO position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in quantitative trading or portfolio leadership, with a mandatory requirement of having managed a team with a substantial AUM. Mastery in algorithmic trading, on-chain data analysis, and a strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency are essential.
