Construction Laborer

Job Overview We're hiring a full-time General Laborer to join our excavation crew in Northwest Arkansas. Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and drainage projects Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform heavy lifting and general labor on construction sites Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Assist with concrete work, retaining walls, and trenching as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures Requirements: Strong work ethic and reliable transportation to shop Ability to perform physical labor outdoors Construction experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person Benefits: Weekly pay Guaranteed 40 hours Paid holidays Opportunities for growth Apply today and join a team that takes pride in quality work.
