Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory: This position requires five years of experience/expertise designing enterprise websites using a modern web development platform and industry standards. This position requires at least one year of experience/expertise designing end-user-friendly, well-organized, easily accessible, searchable, customer-centric, secure, and mobile friendly Web Content Management Systems.Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory: The position should assist LWC with ensuring the website and documents meet all Federal and State requirements. At least one example, showing how they met Federal and/or State requirements during a successful website redesign is desirable. The position should assist LWC with ensuring the website and documents meet all the ADA and Plain Language requirements. At least one example, showing how they met Federal and/or State requirements during a successful website redesign is desirable. One year of experience developing websites meeting the Plain Language requirements is desirable. Five years of experience developing websites that meet the ADA requirements is also desirable.
