IT Support Associate
We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role:
- Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure and equipment within large-scale logistics and operations facilities.
- Provide technical support for network-related requests and resolve complex issues across multiple systems.
- Support both on-site and remote users to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members while contributing to continuous process improvement.
- Travel within a regional area to provide hands-on technical support across various facility locations.
What You'll Need:
- At least 1 year of experience supporting Windows, Mac, or Linux operating systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot integrated and interdependent computer systems in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand or walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, and bending. What's On Offer
