PCB Loader Location: Reno, NV 89521 Overview Salary Range-$20.00 - $21.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Temp to perm Job Description: Responsible for all production activities to position components on to Printed Circuit Boards in order to complete the assigned work order correctly. Activities include but not limited to: · Pulling kits with assigned work order number from staging shelf. · Identify and check value of all components to the Bill of Materials (BOM). · Using Assembly Work Instruction, BOM, and Print, load all components on to the Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) paying attention to detail and instructions of the BOM and Print documents. · Place completed work order on a cart for pre-wave inspection. · Comply with IPC 610 specifications. JOB QUALIFICATIONS · High school diploma or equivalent and must be highly dependable with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. · Ability to count accurately. · Good hand/eye coordination. · Ability to read and interpret: Assembly Work Instructions, Bill of Materials, Assembly Drawings (Print), and resistor color codes is required along with basic computer skills. · Be able to identify electronic component value. · ISO-9000 experience desirable and good communications skills.
