Role Summary: Cisco - PO Administrator - San Jose CAThe Junior PO Administrator supports engineering teams by entering and tracking purchase orders for engineering hardware, prototype materials, and development services. This role is ideal for an early-career candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and interested in learning how purchasing supports semiconductor product development.Key ResponsibilitiesPurchase Order Entry & Tracking - Enter purchase orders for engineering hardware, prototype materials, and lab equipmentVerify order details such as part descriptions, quantities, pricing, and delivery datesTrack open POs and follow up on order status as neededEngineering & Team Support work with engineering teams to clarify purchasing requestsDocumentation & Accuracy - maintain accurate PO records in purchasing or ERP systemsInvoice & Issue Support - assist with matching invoices to purchase ordersReporting & Process Learning - maintain simple trackers and reports (Excel)Learn procurement processes specific to fabless semiconductor developmentRequired Skills & QualificationsEducation & ExperienceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)1–2 years of experience in administrative, purchasing, or operations supportStrong attention to detailOrganizational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communicationWillingness to learn new systems and processesBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and OutlookExperience or interest in learning ERP or purchasing systemsJob Info:Job Type: ContractLocation: San Jose, CAHourly Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hourBenefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k
