As a systems engineer on our team, you'll have the chance to shape Integrated System Architecture development processes. Your customer will trust you to not only design and develop these systems, but also evolve them with advanced technology solutions. On our team, you'll be able to broaden your skill set into areas like MBSE and systems engineering. You will create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept through the product lifecycle. You'll apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. You'll develop innovative solutions to complex problems and work without considerable direction.
You Have 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis and developing systems engineering products for DoD or government systems
2+ years of experience with practical Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies for the development of technical specifications, interface control documents, and system architecture, including using digital engineering tools such as Cameo Enterprise Architect or MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody and Teamwork Cloud
Experience participating in architecture working groups and technical interchange meetings to communicate and review architectural models
Ability to perform multiple systems engineering functions in support of design reviews and requirements verification
Ability to analyze and model complex systems architectures, ensuring all components and interfaces are accurately represented
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and program managers to gather requirements and understand system interactions
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Nice If You Have Experience with U.S. Navy systems engineering
Experience creating automated deliverable artifacts such as technical reports, custom documents, or dashboards using model-based tools
Knowledge of MagicGrid, Unified Architecture Framework (UAF), and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF) methodologies
Possession of excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
TS/SCI clearance
Master's degree in Engineering
INCOSE ASEP and OCSMP 2 Certifications
Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
Compensation Salary will be determined by various factors, including location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
