This role ensures our production lines run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. If you have strong PLC and equipment troubleshooting experience, we want to speak with you.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and packaging machineryDiagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation issuesUse PLC systems for troubleshooting and basic program adjustmentsPerform preventative maintenance and equipment reliability tasksAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsAccurately document all maintenance activitiesWork closely with production to maintain a safe and efficient operationRequired Skills and Qualifications2+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing (food industry preferred)Strong PLC troubleshooting skills (Allen-Bradley a plus)Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systemsAbility to read electrical and mechanical schematicsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAble to work independently on Second ShiftWhat We OfferCompetitive pay: $36-$42 per hourFull benefits (medical, dental, vision)Paid holidays and paid time offStable Monday-Friday scheduleTraining and advancement opportunitiesHow to Apply
