Field Dispatcher

Job TypeFull-timeDescriptionBejac Corporation, one of the largest specialty equipment dealers in the Western United States, is hiring.Our Reno, NV location is currently seeking a Field Dispatcher who will dispatch the appropriate technicians for the job.This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM. Bejac offers an excellent benefits package! Must be located in or around Reno.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:-Handle customer calls related to service billing questions, disputes and/or explanations-Follow-up on quotes and pending repairs- Monitor mechanic time on work orders-Control labor hours-Prepare technician evaluations-Discuss technician deficiencies-Answer calls for service, recording the necessary information to either work through the situation or to dispatch the appropriate technicianWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.RequirementsQualifications:-Previous supervisor experience is a plus-Excellent customer service and communication skills -Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical-Experience with Microsoft Word and ExcelSalary Description
