This role partners closely with technology, product, and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide adoption, ensuring AI programs succeed through effective stakeholder engagement, behavioral change, and measurable outcomes.The position requires expertise across the full AI lifecycle—from use case prioritization through deployment and sustained adoption—with a strong emphasis on executive influence, data-driven decision-making, and change governance in Agile environments.Type: Contract, Hybrid in El SegundoSchedule: Regular day hours, 4 days in office per weekDuration: Around 12 monthsPay: $70 - $90/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligibleSr. Organizational Change Manager (AI Adoption & Automation / DAM) Requirements10+ years in Organizational Change Management (OCM), transformation, or organizational development, including 3+ years supporting AI or automation initiativesProven experience across the AI lifecycle, including stakeholder discovery, iterative development, user validation, and scaled adoptionStrong expertise in stakeholder segmentation, persona development, and change journey designAdvanced facilitation skills across workshops, design sessions, and executive presentationsDemonstrated ability to build ROI models, adoption frameworks, and benefits realization metricsDeep understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and embedding OCM into iterative delivery cyclesWorking knowledge of Generative AI tools, AI-enabled workflows, and automation use cases (hands-on familiarity expected)Ability to define and track adoption KPIs, leveraging usage data, feedback loops, and analyticsStrong executive communication, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience operating in global, matrixed organizations with distributed teamsPreferred: Exposure to Content Supply Chain, MarTech, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) transformations; familiarity with OCM frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter), AI lifecycle methodologies, and enablement platforms (LMS, DAPs, analytics tools)Sr. Organizational Change Manager (AI Adoption & Automation / DAM) DutiesLead end-to-end OCM strategy for AI adoption, including Generative AI workflows, AI-assisted tools, and automation programsConduct organizational readiness assessments and change impact analyses to guide program prioritization and designDrive stakeholder engagement through discovery workshops, identifying pain points, workflow gaps, and future-state solutionsDevelop and execute persona-based change strategies across marketing, creative, technology, and operations functionsBuild and deliver executive reporting, including adoption dashboards, ROI tracking, and benefits realization insightsDesign and implement learning and enablement programs, including AI literacy, role-based training, and adoption support modelsIntegrate OCM into Agile governance frameworks, including sprints, PI planning, release cycles, and steering committeesEstablish and monitor adoption measurement frameworks using quantitative data and qualitative feedbackTranslate business needs and adoption challenges into actionable program decisionsProvide strategic guidance on adoption risks, readiness, and value realization at key milestonesPromote responsible AI adoption, including education on capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerationsContinuously refine change strategies based on performance data, stakeholder insights, and evolving business needsNo deadline to apply.
