Manpower - - Responsibilities: Perform high-precision repair and rework on complex circuit boards and electro-mechanical assemblies; Utilize J-Standard soldering techniques to ensure all repairs meet strict military and industrial quality specifications; Troubleshoot and identify defects in electronic components to determine the necessary repair path; Collaborate with the production team to clear backlogs and ensure units move through the repair process efficiently; Maintain detailed documentation of repairs and modifications to ensure full traceability for DoD contracts
