Job Summary: Seeking a dynamic individual to provide support to the Sales team to successfully help execute company's growth and expansion plans in accordance with company's project objectives, timelines, and to achieve sales targets. As a member of our growing team, you will have a vital role in creating and communicating product stories that connect directly with our customers. Scope of responsibilities include but are not limited to: creating and updating product content, customer service, order processing, market analysis, social media outreach, and other e-commerce operations.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in all aspects of sales including lead generation, pricing inquiries, cold calling, and developing relationships (B2B and B2C)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and close sales
Daily engagement to new and existing customers for new sales opportunities
Prepare all information and shipping documents for bulk and custom order requests
Assist with market research to help identity and compile information for prospective customers and distributors
Gather & analyze competitor & market intelligence, including conducting marketing research to understand future trends, consumer requirements, and competitor improvements
Assist with setting up new items and updating product listings on multiple platforms
Create retailer checklists to summarize operational information for new retailers
Work with various teams to implement new product launches and promotional opportunities
Able to prioritize workload, taking into consideration timelines and customer needs
Demonstrate initiative by regularly reviewing processes both internal and external, and eliciting feedback and making recommendations for improvements, maintaining a high degree of customer and profit focus
Support assignments for special projects and tasks as needed
Organizational Support:

Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with staff, external clients, and vendor partner

Assist with other sales tasks as needed
Requirements:
Minimum (2) year of experience working in an Inside Sales environment
Comfortable making phone calls and communicating via email to prospects and customers
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and quickly adapt to changing business priorities
Ability to work well independently or collaboratively as part of a team
High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and quality
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills / Positive “can-do” attitude
Transposing large amounts of detailed information accurately
40 word per minute minimum typing speed
Proficient in Microsoft Windows: PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Other:
Experience navigating website portals for various online retailers such as Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Wayfair, Walmart, Overstock, and Amazon is a plus
Experience working with NetSuite

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
