Title: Manufacturing Operations Analyst / Data Analyst – Manufacturing Operations Location: Madison, IN | On-site | Full-Time Salary: $70,000–$90,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Company: Crown Staffing About the Role Crown Staffing is hiring a Data Analyst in Madison, Indiana to support manufacturing and production operations through data-driven insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with operations teams, improving workflows, and turning complex data into clear, actionable information. What You’ll Do Operations & Production Support Partner with production planning and operations teams to support scheduling and capacity planning Adjust production workflows using real-time data and operational needs Track production performance and communicate schedule updates as needed Data Analysis & Reporting Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking production, quality, and performance metrics Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Present findings in a clear, actionable format for leadership and operations teams Data & Systems Management Create and maintain SQL queries and data models for reporting and analytics Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across ERP/MRP systems, Excel models, and other sources Collaborate with IT or systems teams to combine data from multiple platforms Process Improvement Support continuous improvement initiatives using data and root-cause analysis Help standardize reporting tools and analytical processes Recommend data-backed strategies to improve efficiency, throughput, and reduce waste What We’re Looking For Technical Skills Strong SQL experience (complex queries, joins, performance optimization) Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query; VBA a plus) Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools preferred Comfortable working with large datasets Experience & Education Background in manufacturing, production planning, or operations analytics preferred Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, or similar field preferred (equivalent experience considered) Additional Requirements Ability to work on-site in Madison, IN Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Preferred Experience Manufacturing ERP/MRP systems SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies Why Work with Crown Staffing Competitive salary ($70k–$90k) Opportunity to make an impact on manufacturing performance and operations Stable, collaborative, professional work environment Apply today to take the next step in your data analytics career with Crown Staffing!
