Concierge – Immediate Full Time 40 hours OpportunityShift - Variable, 10:00am - 6:00pmBronx, New YorkRiverSpring Living is seeking a Concierge to join our dynamic team!The RiverSpring Living campus is set on 32 acres overlooking the Hudson River, in Riverdale, New York. RiverSpring Living provides a full range of care solutions including nursing home care, assisted living programs, senior housing, rehabilitation services and specialized services such as elder abuse prevention and memory care.Position OverviewThe Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and the organization. This role is also tasked with providing day to day support and troubleshooting for the residents and their families. They are responsible for answering guest/resident/families inquiries, monitoring the comings and goings of all individuals, directing phone calls, coordinating transportation, family communication, residents’ complaints and solutions and providing basic office support. They must uphold organization culture at all times while making residents and guests feel welcomed and valued.Qualifications Associate’s degree (AA/AS) preferred from an accredited college or university in hospitality management, business management, communication, or a related field with a minimum of four years’ experience working in hospitality, a healthcare setting or a related work field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Compensation$25.00 Hourly Benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)
