Required Skills:SQL (Advanced)SnowflakeETL/Data Warehouse TestingData Validation & ReconciliationTest AutomationStrong knowledge of Test Lifecycle (TDLC) DeliverablesTest PlanningTest Case Design & ExecutionJob Description:Lead end-to-end ETL/Data Warehouse testing strategy for SAS to Snowflake migration and Talend pipelines.Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.Perform data validation and reconciliation between source (SAS/ETL) and target (Snowflake) systems.Validate complex data transformations, aggregations, joins, and business rules across ETL pipelines.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness throughout the data lifecycle.Develop and implement test automation frameworks for ETL/data validation processes.Execute and manage UAT cycles, collaborating with business stakeholders for sign-off.Track, manage, and resolve defects and data discrepancies, performing root cause analysis.Ensure adherence to Test Lifecycle (TDLC) deliverables, including documentation and reporting.Collaborate with Developers, Data Engineers, and UAT teams to ensure smooth releases and production stability.
