Position Type: Administration/Principal Date Posted: 5/26/2026 Location: Oak Ridge Early Learning Center Date Available: 07/01/2026 Closing Date: 06/08/2026 Interim Principal - Oak Ridge Early Learning Center July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 Summary: Under the direction of the Superintendent, the Principal is responsible for providing educational leadership and management oversight of building personnel in implementing educational programming, curriculum, instruction, safety and district policies and procedures within the building. Duties include responsibilities for coordinating the hiring of all staff; evaluating instructional personnel; implementing and overseeing building budget(s); coordinating and implementing district initiatives within the building; performing community/public relations activities in addressing and resolving issues, concerns and programs of the middle school with staff, parents, administration and the community. Required Qualifications:Masters/Specialist degree in educational administration, plus appropriate administrative licensure in the state of Minnesota or have the qualifications to obtain an appropriate Minnesota Principal license no later than July 1, 20263-5 years of licensed educational experience at the school levelExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills in a wide variety of professional settings to all stakeholders, including parents, staff, students, community members and fellow administratorsStrong knowledge in learning processes, models, theories and educational technologies, trends, developments and best practicesProven leadership and conflict management skills, as well as basic and advanced human relations methods and techniques Preferred Qualifications:Administrative experienceExperience with Special Education processes and compliance Application Procedure: Please use the Sartell-St. Stephen School District online application process at https://www.applitrack.com/sartell/onlineapp/default.asp Pay: Pay range $119,000 - $126,000, benefits per the Sartell Principals Association Agreement.
