Network Operations Center Technician (3rd Shift)
Our client is seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift NOC Technician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, and systems within a data center or centralized network environment. You will work within established guidelines and procedures, using independent judgment to analyze and resolve variable factors and basic problems. The NOC Technician maintains access control, data integrity, and file system security, and is responsible for monitoring, tracking, and recording system performance and utilization metrics. You will communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel, recommend process and technology improvements, and may participate in IT infrastructure projects. This position also supervises and provides day-to-day oversight to a team of support and technical associates, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to established policies.
