This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in SAP ecosystems (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC, cloud integrations).Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipLead end-to-end SAP programs, including S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and upgradesDefine program strategy, roadmap, and execution plans aligned with organizational goalsOversee multiple project streams and ensure integration across workstreamsStakeholder ManagementEngage with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT stakeholdersAct as the primary point of contact for program governance and escalationCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectivelyDelivery & ExecutionEnsure on-time, on-budget delivery of SAP programsEstablish program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworksManage third-party vendors, system integrators, and consulting partnersFinancial ManagementOwn program budgets, forecasts, and financial trackingEnsure cost optimization while maintaining delivery qualityRisk & ComplianceIdentify and mitigate risks across the program lifecycleEnsure compliance with internal policies and external regulationsDrive quality assurance and testing strategiesTeam LeadershipLead cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and business resourcesMentor program managers and project leadsFoster a high-performance, collaborative cultureRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)15+ years of experience in SAP delivery, with at least 5+ years in program leadership rolesMust have consulting experienceProven experience leading large SAP transformations (e.g., S/4HANA implementation or migration)Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.) and integration architectureExperience managing global, multi-million-dollar programsStrong stakeholder and executive communication skillsPreferred QualificationsSAP certifications (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Activate)PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certificationExperience with Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologiesExposure to cloud platforms (SAP BTP, AWS, Azure)Key SkillsStrategic leadership and decision-makingProgram and portfolio managementRisk management and problem-solvingFinancial and budget managementVendor and stakeholder managementExcellent communication and negotiation skillsPay and BenefitsPay Range Minimum: $140,000 base per yearPay Range Maximum: $256,000 base per yearHCLTech is an equal opportunity employer, committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees regardless of race, religion, sex, color, age, national origin, pregnancy, sexual orientation, physical disability or genetic information, military or veteran status, or any other protected classification, in accordance with federal, state, and/or local law.
