If you thrive in a fast-paced luxury sales environment and are driven to succeed, we want to meet you.What You'll DoAs a Salesperson at BMW of DTLA, you will guide customers through every step of the vehicle purchase and lease process while delivering a premium customer experience that reflects the BMW brand.ResponsibilitiesSell and lease new and pre-owned automobiles, trucks, and SUVsBecome a product expert by learning the features, benefits, and technology of current BMW models and competitive vehiclesExplain vehicle features and demonstrate vehicle operation in the showroom and during test drivesPresent pricing proposals, financing, and lease options to customersUtilize only legal, ethical, and customer-focused sales techniquesMaintain all required BMW manufacturer certifications and trainingProtect customer confidential information in accordance with company policies and applicable lawsMeet or exceed monthly sales and CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) goalsEnsure every vehicle is professionally delivered to customersProspect and market vehicles through phone calls, emails, social media, referrals, and personal outreachFollow up with customers after each sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referralsUtilize and follow the Car Pros sales processMaintain accurate customer and sales activity records in VinSolutionsMaintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all timesAdhere to all company policies, including harassment, discrimination, dress code, and compliance standardsWear dealership employee ID badge dailyPerform additional duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeedProfessional and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work in a fast-paced team environmentPrevious sales experience preferredAutomotive or luxury retail experience is a plusStrong follow-up and organizational skillsCommitment to providing exceptional customer serviceCompensationAnnual Pay Range:$122,308.44 - $278,462.68per yearBenefitsAfter 60 days of employment, employees and their eligible dependents may enroll in:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceShort-term and long-term disability insuranceBasic life and AD&D insuranceCar Pros Automotive Group sponsors 80% of employee-only basic medical (Kaiser Permanente), dental, and vision coverage.
