Quality & Risk Data Analyst

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Quality & Risk Data Analyst who is comfortable working in a remote setting. On a day-to-day basis you will be the primary data analyst responsible for the end-to-end preparation, validation, and delivery of quality and risk related datasets. Typical daily activities include:Logging into the SQL environment to run, debug, and optimize queries that extract and transform source dataReconciling incoming data feeds and performing row-level and aggregate validation checks after scheduled data loadsTriaging and resolving data discrepancies by tracing issues back to source tables or upstream ETL processes and coordinating fixes with the SQL/development teamBuilding reproducible query logic and documented SQL scripts that implement business rules for HEDIS/quality measures and claims-derived metricsProducing and publishing routine reports and data files (including uploads to vendor/portal systems) and verifying post-upload accuracyCreating and maintaining clear technical documentation and runbooks for data processes, validation checks, and change control stepsParticipating in peer reviews of SQL/query logic and version-controlled change submissionsPartnering proactively with quality, risk, and business stakeholders to translate metric definitions into testable logic, scope ad-hoc requests, and present findings with actionable recommendationsPerforming ad-hoc analyses to investigate trends, root causes, and measure variances and producing concise summaries and visualizations for business audiencesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
