DescriptionManufacturing Production SupervisorLocation: Euless, TXSchedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PMSarlay: Starting at $73,130.00/yearWe are seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to support daily operations within our production environment. This role provides hands-on leadership for an assigned value stream and partners closely with the Value Stream Manager (VSM) to drive safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals.The ideal candidate is a floor-focused leader who can coach, motivate, and develop team members while ensuring smooth production flow and adherence to standards.Team Leadership & Production OversightLead daily production activities and provide clear direction to team membersConduct daily start-up/line meetings to align on safety, quality, and production goalsCoach, train, and develop operators to improve performance and skill levelMonitor work orders, cycle times, and output to ensure efficiency and accuracyPromote a positive team environment focused on accountability, communication, and collaborationSupport staffing, scheduling, and workload balancing to meet production demandsOperational & Continuous ImprovementEnsure team members follow work instructions, drawings, and SOPsIdentify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and production efficiencyParticipate in and lead continuous improvement initiativesUtilize ERP systems to support production tracking and reportingEnsure compliance with company standards, safety rules, and quality requirementsTechnical & Floor SupportSupport setup and operation of fabrication and composite equipment (saws, presses, routers, mills, etc.)Monitor machining processes involving tight tolerances and unique specificationsPerform and verify in-process inspections using measuring toolsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment using 6S principlesRequirementsAbility to work independently and lead with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to adapt to changing production demandsIntermediate math skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to read and interpret blueprints and work instructionsExperience using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.)Willingness to work overtime as neededExperience & Education2+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferredTechnical training or equivalent hands-on experience strongly preferredExperience with ERP systems and continuous improvement practices is a plusWhy Join Us?
