Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer based in Metro Detroit, MI, with flexibility to work from home part-time. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for combining technical expertise with strong sales acumen to identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and support the sales process. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential and existing clients, conducting product demonstrations, customizing technical solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver value-driven results. You will also provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process. Qualifications Proficiency in technical solution development, product demonstrations, and understanding manufacturing processesExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsExperience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales toolsKnowledge of manufacturing systems, automation, and relevant industry technologiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needsSelf-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team environmentBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related fieldPrevious experience in sales or technical roles within manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
