In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform intakes and assessments Create individualized treatment plans for each client Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan Perform regular wellness checks Adhere to all facility and licensing standards Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field Current and unrestricted MD clinical social worker or professional counseling license Previous experience as a behavioral health therapist preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized Noteworthy: 4-day work week; hours are 11AM-8pm; Saturday hours available BILINGUAL ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY
