Test Operator

2:00pm - 10:30pm Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Test Operator to join our team. As a Test Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through testing procedures. This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a commitment to upholding quality standards. Duties: - Perform testing procedures on electronic components and systems to ensure functionality and quality. - Analyze test results and identify any issues or discrepancies for further investigation. - Assemble and solder components as needed for testing purposes. - Utilize test automation tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. - Conduct quality inspections using calipers, schematics, and other tools to verify product specifications. - Collaborate with the quality control team to maintain high standards of product excellence. - Fabricate PCBs and follow schematics for accurate assembly and testing. Experience: - Prior experience in analyzing test results and troubleshooting issues is preferred. - Proficiency in soldering, quality inspection, and caliper usage is highly desirable. - Familiarity with test automation tools is a plus. - Experience working with PCBs and fabricating electronic components is advantageous. Skills: - Strong analytical skills to interpret test results accurately. - Attention to detail to ensure precise assembly and testing of components. - Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. - Ability to read and understand schematics for effective testing. - Proficiency in soldering techniques for component assembly.
