Credit & Collections Data Analyst (SAP/Power BI)

Eversource seeks a data analyst to support collections and accounts receivable by analyzing customer balances and bad debt, extracting insights from the bill journey (payments, plans, and write-offs). You will build data pipelines, create dashboards, and collaborate with IT to improve processes.
