Your future belongs at the home of the Excellent Chicken…Bell and Evans!Job SummaryThe evisceration production worker will be responsible for the inspecting, hanging and processing of birds.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Include the following; other duties may be assignedWork at the pace of the production line. Hangs chicken by two legs assuring all birds are hung up. Responsible of making sure machinery has properly opened the birds; if not scissors the use of scissors is required to perform the task. Pinning feathersInspecting inside of the birds for contamination.Cutting of broken deficiencies marked by trimmers using a knife.Reprocessing birds that can be salvaged using both knifes and scissors. Check finished product for contamination prior to QA performing tests.Using a lung gun to suction out marked birds.QualificationsEducation and Experience (Due to the high volume of applicants, only those who meet the minimum qualifications will be selected for interviews):High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Food SafetyTake a proactive role in assuring safe, quality products are produced by immediately addressing any safety or quality concerns.Benefits Package Medical, Vision, and Dental coverage offered Vacation and personal days offered 401k Match Life Insurance Competitive pay 7 Paid Holidays off
