Brief DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Operations Coordinator plays a key support role, assisting with the day-to-day operational needs of the properties while helping ensure a seamless team member and guest experience. This dynamic position supports multiple departments including Human Resources, onboarding, procurement, programming, and general hotel operations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, hospitality-driven, adaptable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational support.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Team Member SupportSupport recruitment efforts including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidatesAssist with onboarding and orientation for new hires across the portfolioCoordinate new hire paperwork, training schedules, uniforms, and employee documentationHelp maintain employee files and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport employee housing coordination and seasonal staffing logistics as neededAssist with team member engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communicationsOperations SupporProvide operational and administrative support to hotel leadership teams across the portfolioAssist with daily hotel operations and special projects as neededHelp coordinate interdepartmental communication and follow-up on operational prioritiesSupport scheduling, inventory tracking, reporting, and general office organizationStep in to assist various departments during high-volume periods or operational needsProcurement & InventorAssist with ordering, tracking, and organizing operational supplies and amenitiesCoordinate vendor communication, deliveries, and purchase requestsHelp maintain inventory levels for housekeeping, guest amenities, office supplies, and programming needsMonitor spending and assist leadership with procurement organization and cost trackingProgramming & Guest ExperiencSupport property programming and guest engagement initiatives across the portfolioAssist with planning and coordinating seasonal events, activities, partnerships, and experiencesHelp execute property activations that enhance the guest experience and reflect the brand cultureCoordinate materials, setup, and communication for on-property programmingAdministrative ResponsibilitieMaintain organized records, spreadsheets, and operational documentsAssist with payroll support, invoice organization, and departmental administrative tasksPrepare reports, presentations, and operational summaries as requestedSupport leadership with miscellaneous operational projects and day-to-day needsRequirementsQualificationPrevious hospitality, operations, administrative, or HR experience preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPositive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in where neededAbility to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems (e.g., UKG) preferred. (The system is used for new hires and HR administration).
