The firm maintains structured performance metrics while fostering professional growth and strategic development.Your work will include:Drafting and filing pleadings in the California Superior CourtPropounding and responding to written discoveryTaking and defending depositionsReviewing and analyzing complex medical recordsPreparing cases for mediation and trialNegotiating settlementsMaintaining consistent and empathetic client communicationCollaborating with attorneys and staff on litigation strategyTrial experience is welcomed but not required.
