PAYROLL SPECIALIST Salary: $70,000-$75,000 Full-Time | Onsite (Sewickley / Wexford Area)Why This Opportunity Stands Out: If you’re a Payroll Processor who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch payroll environment—and wants to be part of a tight-knit team where your accuracy, judgment, and client care truly matter—this is a standout opportunity.What truly sets this role apart:Specialized payroll work – Not a call center or mass-processing role; you own full-cycle payrollClient relationships – Know your clients personally with direct access and accountabilityHigh-volume, high-skill payroll – Process up to 30 payrolls per day across diverse client needsAll 50 states exposure – Multi-state, multi-municipality tax complexity keeps the work engagingHands-on training & mentorship – Learn directly from experienced payroll leadersSupportive, passionate team culture – Collaborative, fast-moving, and genuinely invested in each otherModern, casual environment – Brand-new office, open seating, and a relaxed (but focused) dress codeStability with flexibility – 8–4 schedule, onsite consistency, with understanding for life needsKey Responsibilities:Process full-cycle payroll for approximately 30 payrolls per dayEnter payroll data including earnings, deductions, commissions, bonuses, and benefit codesManage multi-state and local payroll tax rules (PA local / Act 32 experience highly valued)Handle payroll platforms such as Centric, iSolved, or similar systemsRespond quickly and professionally to urgent client payroll issuesBalance accuracy with speed in a deadline-driven environmentMaintain clear documentation and stay organized while managing multiple payrolls simultaneouslyCommunicate clearly with clients regarding payroll questions, corrections, and explanationsWork independently while raising issues proactively when neededQualifications:Prior payroll processing experience (service bureau, CPA firm, ADP, Paychex, or similar)Experience handling multiple client payrolls (not timekeeping-only roles)Strong understanding of payroll taxes and deductionsExceptional attention to detail and keyboard accuracyAbility to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressureCustomer-service mindset — mistakes happen; ownership and communication matterComfortable working 100% onsite in a fast-paced team environmentEducation not required; hands-on payroll experience is keySchedule & Work Environment:Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm (Monday–Friday)Busiest payroll processing: Monday–WednesdayOnsite daily (flexibility for appointments when needed)Casual attire (jeans welcome)Small, collaborative, all-women team environmentCompensation & Benefits:Salary: $70,000-75,000Discretionary bonus potentialMedical insuranceRetirement plan with employer contributionPaid time off#INAPR2026 #LI-CL1
